Provide the ability for elements of a form to populate from external databases.

The fields would be visible and editable by the form author only, not by the end-user. (to store a status for instance).

The current conditional question works fine BUT we regular have a need to have far more complex questions rather than the OR function that is currently available.

Whilst sometime this is possible by using sections this is not always the case.

For instance:-

Question A = Yes
And
Question B = No
or
Question C = Red

A and (B or C)

Password-protect the form, and/or manage a list of people authorized to fill out and submit the form.

it would be nice if you could export the whole filled out form straight into salesforce as an attachment

I create different forms for different users, they might find very useful the possibility to export the data in CSV.

So it would be great to provide a per form login/password connection.

Have a method for user to print and/or save form and as a creator of the form be able to chose what is/isn't allowed to be printed

Allow users the ability to search through the ability to search through the responses.

Allow people to select an order of preference (priority) when voting on something. 1st choice, 2nd Choice, 3rd choice ...

On the advanced tab of elements where user input is enabled, add three text fields where javascript can be entered for the: onfocus, onchange and onblur events .
Ensure that the scripts fire on the events and that the validation also takes place when the field is part of a repeated section.

It would be great if, just as you can embed the form in a web page, you could embed the form results. Ideally you could select the columns to include and the would be able to embed a sortable datagrid.

In the best of worlds you'd be able to select/customize the look/feel - even if only through custom CSS.

I wish the pagination in the formbuilder could be utilised on deployed forms.

Currently, conditions are only triggered by radio buttons, check boxes and lists. We have the need for the customer who is completing the form to enter a secret "coupon code" in a free-text field. A conditional question based on their entry would then appear. There does not seem to be a way to do this now.

It would be useful to have the possibility to select a particular sheet and not only the entire spredsheet. Every time I make a modification to the form I obtain a new revision and consequently a new sheet named "Revision xy". If I have formulas that refer to, I have to update all of them

A widget that has constraints on size that would fit into a sidebar on wordpress. Be able to customize the size to easily fit into the wordpress blog.

I am really happy with your products but honestly, I feel like I am paying far too much for the PRO version in comparison of the basic plan. There is not such a big difference between the two packages and the difference of price is huge. So more features for the PRO plan would be welcome. Especially when I am not using nor the salesforce or the paypal feature... Thanks to keep in mind for future plans :)

It would be great to be able to hyperlink or attach a file to the confirmation page and more importantly the confirmation email. We use online document storage services to hyperlink documents to our clients via email, so this would save us a critical step.
